Supporting servicewomen is about equal opportunities and the strength of the country. They stand on the front line alongside men and work in challenging conditions every day.
Through its charitable program OTP Bank Helps Ukraine, OTP Bank has joined the socially driven project “A Woman Who Inspires” in partnership with the NGO “Development Platform.” The strategic partner of the project is the National Guard of Ukraine. The core idea of the initiative is to build a supportive community — a space for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and exchange of experience, addressing the real needs of women defenders.
As part of the project, OTP Bank employees will deliver training sessions for servicewomen aimed at strengthening financial resilience and building confidence in personal finance management. A series of workshops is planned, focusing on practical tools that help manage income, plan life decisions, and create a solid financial foundation.
