We are a team of volunteers from OTP Bank in Ukraine with unique regional knowledge, commitment to democratic values and a desire to build the best European bank in Ukraine.
Until mid-February 2022, we, like our colleagues in other OTP Group banks, served clients, launched banking products, and built a strategy and plans for the future. February 24 changed everything. The war burst into our homes, destroyed the businesses and lives of our customers, and caused inconceivably high losses to the entire country. And we turn into people who have to hide in basements and bomb shelters from missile strikes, work under extreme conditions, and do our best to ensure that the OTP Bank brand remains synonymous with banking reliability and professionalism.
After four months of the war, we strive to revive the Bank business step by step and long to help the renovation of our country, namely, the reconstruction of damaged schools, destroyed houses and overwhelmed hospitals. And we urge you, our colleagues from the OTP Group family, to join a noble cause - charity, for the sake of the highest value - human lives.
Nowadays, OTP Bank works in 11 countries and unites about 40 ths employees with its values. In Ukraine, OTP Group runs its business via OTP Bank, OTP Leasing and OTP Capital, for which about 2,5 people serve
Our common goal is to aid the Ukrainian people who suffered from the war and the russia's crimes, to restore their housing, health and their usual way of life and thus make our investment in the revival of Ukraine.
OTP Bank employees have always participated in various social events and charitable initiatives aimed at health care, aid and protection of children, and internally displaced people support. After the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, when many Ukrainians faced enormous destruction, injuries, and horrors of war, OTP Group in Ukraine began actively helping the army, hospitals, and orphanages. The employees themselves united, supporting each other, their colleagues and relatives who stood up for our country's defence, and ordinary Ukrainians who needed rescue and shelter.
Meanwhile, to unite the efforts of all OTP Group employees for the Ukraine support and revival, OTP Bank and the charity fund "Blagomay" launched the "ОTP Bank Helps Ukraine" initiative. Thanks to this, each of our colleagues can donate in a few clicks to provide transparent, immediate and efficient support to Ukrainians who need it.

Superhumans – is a state-of-the-art all-Ukrainian center that provides free medical services in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support for adults and children affected by the war. Superhumans Center provides a full range of services: from psychologists of the first contact to prosthetics with subsequent monitoring of the patient's psychological state.
CF "Blagomay" founded in 2011, a member of the Ukrainian Forum of Philanthropists since 2016. The key direction of the foundation's activity is an aid to children who are in orphanages and social adaptation of such children to real life. Currently, it has the following active programs: "Shelter with love", "Psychological support", "Urgent needs for displaced persons and orphanages", "Evacuation of children from hot spots", "Medical office", "Clean water".
