OTP Bank in Hungary raised USD 41,000 to support children in orphanages in Ukraine

Caring for children amid a war that has been ongoing for more than four years is an extremely challenging task for orphanages and other child care institutions. That is why OTP Bank in Hungary recently organized a fundraising campaign among its employees to support a cause that is critically important today: assistance to Ukrainian child care facilities.
The fundraising campaign lasted three weeks and raised a total of HUF 14 million (approximately USD 41,000).
With these funds, essential supplies were purchased for orphanages — ranging from non-perishable food and hygiene products to items for young children, such as diapers and other basic necessities.
With the support of the Humanitás Foundation and in coordination with OTP Bank in Ukraine, OTP Bank in Hungary delivered humanitarian aid to the following institutions:
Project budget: USD 41,000 (approximately UAH 1.78 million)
