For people who have undergone limb prosthetics, physical rehabilitation is critically important — exercising, training, and staying active outdoors all play a key role in recovery. That is why Superhumans Center, a rehabilitation, treatment, and prosthetics center for Ukrainians injured and disabled by the war, plans to build a modern outdoor training area featuring 15 workout stations. The space will provide an accessible environment for the daily physical rehabilitation of both veterans and civilians.
Outdoor training sessions for the Center’s patients will help reduce stress levels, improve emotional well-being, and accelerate their return to active life.
OTP Bank supported the initiative and, as part of the 2026 partnership, made a charitable contribution of UAH 3 million to equip the outdoor sports area at Superhumans Odesa.
Superhumans Odesa is expected to begin providing services to patients in the middle of this year. The opening of the new location will expand access to rehabilitation services for patients from different regions of Ukraine and increase production capacity to at least 50 prosthetic devices per month.
Total amount of transfers planned by OTP Bank for 2026: UAH 8 million
Further transfers from OTP Bank will be made throughout 2026 and directed toward continuing prosthetic support for Ukrainians across all Superhumans centers.
Since 2023, the Bank has continuously supported Superhumans Center. The total amount transferred to the prosthetics and rehabilitation center has reached nearly UAH 49 million. The financial institution provides direct charitable contributions under a donation agreement and has also organized charity auctions in the OTP Bank UA mobile application for three consecutive years.
In particular, in December 2025, assistance totaling UAH 4.5 million for the Center was raised through a large-scale charity campaign and the Bank’s own contribution. The funds are directed toward prosthetics and rehabilitation for defenders and civilians, the arrangement of inpatient facilities, and the training of prosthetics specialists.
