OTP Bank team congratulated 105 residents of the Nizhyn Children’s Residential Care Facility

The OTP Bank team carried out an important Christmas mission of kindness by visiting the Nizhyn Children’s Residential Care Facility in the Chernihiv region, bringing sweet treats and essential items for everyday needs.
The facility is home to 105 children with intellectual or physical disabilities. On the occasion of the holidays, each child received festive treats from the OTP Bank team, while the institution was provided with hygiene supplies that its residents require on a daily basis.
The total cost of the initiative amounted to UAH 204,000.
All funds were raised by OTP Bank employees.
This is already the third charitable project implemented by the Bank in cooperation with the Nizhyn Children’s Residential Care Facility.
In 2023, with the support of OTP Bank benefactors, the Bank purchased and donated ceiling hoists to the facility — specialized equipment that helps lift children with physical disabilities from their beds, transfer them to wheelchairs, and assist with hygiene procedures. In addition, the Bank presented the children with traditional embroidered shirts on Vyshyvanka Day.
